THE GOOD SAMARITAN is an award-winning short film written and directed by Peter Lazarus. It is the moronic and strange journey of Neil Gulbert (Isaac Wade); a campaign volunteer who compulsively attempts to save peoples' lives while quickly making his way across town to secure the potential campaign job of his dreams.
